the view & the place are very nice
english breakfast wasn,t provided as a buffet, afterwards we learned that we had to order it before. and when i went to take a shower at 9am there was no hot water .

The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful.
I was travelling with my 86 year old mother. The entrance to the hotel has a number of steps without any handrails to hold on to. My mother found difficulty to go up the stairs. Another strange thing is that all towels were removed without being replaced immediately. In fact we used to enter the hotel at 2.30pm for a nap and we didn't find a single towel to wipe our hands and face with. They were handed to us around 4pm. Asking why this was done at that hour the reply was that it took time for the clean laundry to come from Ta' Cenc. The hotel itself should have its own reservation of towels to replace immediately.

it is located in a very nice place in gozo, where you find a lot of things to do , and a lot of restaurants .
we booked a valley view room, but it was more a street view because we were in the first floor, and the pool also was too small.

My wife an I were on our honeymoon and we booked a seaview top floor balcony - worth every penny. The view alone would have made the trip worth while, absolutely breathtaking. The staff was also great, a friendly smile always welcomed us at the front desk. The restaurant / bar staff was also top notch; treating us well we we ate their or even recommending another restaurants when we wanted a change. A fantastic, memorable stay. Booking through ChooseMalta.com was very user friendly. No problems at check-in time. I definitely recommend!
The only draw back is that Xlendi itself doesn't have much to offer if you're looking for shopping or a night life. For us that was actually a bonus, allowing us to enjoy some piece and quiet, and it's only a short drive to Victoria if others were looking for more action.

The layout of the hotel is typically Mediterranean. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
Noisy - there was a tedious noise probably coming from the lift (during the night it is heard even more), and a lot of talking coming from downstairs starting from very early in the morning. The common areas (such as corridor and breakfast area) were not clean.

Actually I liked everything especially the location,very helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas was excellent.
I just like to point out that the mattresses definitely needs to be changed as these are really outdated and not comfortable at all. It has been pointed out in many other reviews but these remain the same year after year.

It's near the sea. It would have been better if the weather was good.
I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast. I think it is time for refurbishment. The bathroom needs a new bath as it is fractured. I also would like to point out that one toilet near the lobby is not enough as at one time there was a queue and I had to go to my room again.

The only thing good about the hotel was its beautiful location.

the sea where it over looks. I had contacted the hotel to ask if the room which i booked, was with a bath due to the fact that i had my 1 year old child with me and am currently 7months pregnant so it would have been easier to manage bathing him, and they said it was with a bath. when i got to the room and unpacked i realised too late that the room had a shower and not a bath. I informed the manager and they very generously gave me a baby basin in which i could wash my son the next day.
not very accessable for pushchairs or wheelchairs you have to climb at least 6 stairs to reach the lift from the seaside and a dozen from the main entrance.

The staff were most helpful and friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere. The location is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and the whole hotel was comfortable and beautifully maintained
I wouldn't recommend staying in this town in winter on your own, unless you're looking for solitude. There are often violent storms, and you may be stuck in the hotel from 5.30pm, when the last bus arrives in Xlendi from Victoria, until the next morning. Apart from a couple of hotels, nothing is open there in the winter - no shops, nothing.
