Leaking bath, so wet bathroom floor when showering. Toilet flush didn't work properly etc.

Close to main night clubs etc
Parking/Drop off. The person who took me to check into and check out of the hotel received parking tickets by post (Camera's in operation) for waiting in the drop off point. Hotel haven't even replied to email sent to them....Never again BE WARNED!

The level of service: - the sauna wasn't working, not even other leasure services; - the noise is impossible all day and all night there are bars all night open in the facilities with music very loud out door; - there is no privacy because you can see other people in there rooms; - The complex should be more clean it is a bit dirty.

windows.no extra pillows,no electric kettle, aircondition not working,you have to pay for the channels,paying the car park every time youre out..its not a service compared to other four stars hotels

It's location. Staff were pleasant.
Far too noisy (particularly other guests in the corridors) and it could have been cleaner. Breakfast was poor at this level.
