Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Non-Refundable room types are pre-paid, non-changeable and non-refundable. When booking a non-refundable room type, the outstanding amount will be charged to your credit card by the hotel upon receipt of booking.
Children and extra beds
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Under 5 child is free.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 5 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Age of child 12 and With two paying adults.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. No over 12 he is charged as an adult.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel. h/b supplement can be paid through you like they can pay through you 3 rd person sharing.
