Based on my experience I have no intention to return.
The main reason was the treatment I received at the reception while checking out. Even though I was the only guest at the reception it took almost 20 minutes to get things sorted out. The receptionist was extremely incompetent and adding to that rude and unfriendly. It started with here have difficulties changing the bill for food and beverages (as I am regretfully used to in hotels, the bill included drinks from the minibar, which I did not have). Then she needed help in releasing the blocked amount from my credit card and to debit the new amount for food and beverage. Then I had to ask her to have the invoice for my room printed!! This seemed to be as well a difficult task for her (not like I am the first person to wish this…). She was getting very annoyed and unfriendly. She basically shoved the paper over to me without looking. Well, it was not the invoice for the hotel room, but again the invoice for food and beverages. I asked her again to please finally hand me my hotel bill. Then finally after 20 minutes standing at the reception she printed it and virtually threw it at me. She didn’t say anything: no thank you for staying, no goodbye, nothing.
