Furniture in lobby was falling apart. Curtains in the room were torn apart and were dirty. The fridge couldn\\\'t reach more than 10 degrees celsius. The room service was unprofessional. We ordered a certain wine, but was presented for an other kind. We asked the waitress to get the right one and said, that if she couldn\\\'t get the one we ordered, she should bring back the first bottle. She then came back with a third bottle and had to leave os again in order to change it. Besides she had forgotten salt and pepper. Why is it - by the way - that salt and pepper has been switched so that the pepper is in the container with 5 holes and the salt in the container with 1 hole. Nearly all the hotel-guests had problems getting anything out of the salt-bin.

When you arive at the Hotel you can forget that cars exist and relax. Especially since I do a lot of driving in my work.
Everything was excellent - however since it was not the first time at the hotel I notices that the choice of food went down by a little bit

Receptionists... service with a smile would be nice, cafeteria... should offer snacks, dining... a pizzeria with later opening hours.

The location is very nice, peaceful and quiet. The hotel has a lot of outside space, where guests can stroll around. The staff was friendly and polite. The lobby area is very well-designed and attractive. Good parking facilities. Good breakfast.
The indoor pool area used to have specific times when children are allowed. This has now been removed, and the pool/spa area is never really relaxing. The room we were in needs total refurbishing - the furniture looks tired, there isn't even a table / armchairs in the room, and not even one picture frame. Most outdoor areas need refurbishing, as a lot of paint is flaking off due to mould / moisture.

i liked the large rooms and the sunset on the bay
the staff was sometimes dismissive and the pool was too crowded at certain times with loud music . the beach is very small and terrible seats.... on the hotel page it looked completely different.

Service from stuff was exellent. I run into some small difficulties and they helped me out in a very good way.The location on the island is the absolute best with this hotel !
The Ramla Bay complex if for one who want everything at the place! It is such a big hotel complex that you can get whatever you choose. It has everything. A little bit to big for me and that "all in all-big complex" is at the cost of the charm. Next time I stay in a smaller hotel wich still has its own charm.

The breakfast, the location, the outdoors! We love it.
Some of the rooms are not to the same standard of other rooms in the same hotel (and in the same price bracket). The TVs are in desperate need of changing to new 32" LCDs!! We've been in a couple of different hotels and this seems to be the norm now, even in cheaper hotels. I just hope there wont be any price hikes this year as we would have to look elsewhere!

We stayed in the apartments to the side of the hotel and they are really clean. Were going back again very soon as we loved it so much. The experience was a good one. 10 out of 10!!!
