A bit run down also noise at early hours horrific from midnight till 8am constant noise kebeb shop chaos then deliveries to pubs it was endless. Also air con went on the blink and was never fixed. I loved Malta but not this hotel sorry

One waitress yelling loudly in kitchen during breakfast service, Aircon not working. Room was dirty on arrival, however cleaning staff were polite. Communal spaces, ie lobby were particularly dirty.

Breakfast was to this price range surpricingly diverse. Would like that the eggs were soft boild though.
OK - I booked a room to the yard, so I did not expect much and I also did not complain about it while there -> I coped and was OK as I only used the room for sleeping. But it was really difficult to open the window - Extensive force needed. I finally got it open after 2 days when the air was too stale. There were no sockets where I could recharge my phone or toothbrush. These are basic necessities that should work / be present. The air condition did not work. Only the fan in ceiling worked. 3 out of 6 light bulbs were broken. Cleaning was done fly by. Not even the toilet was brushed. Also I did not have the oppertunity to do it myself as there were no brush in the room. Compared with the other offers I see in the town, I think I would choose otherwise next time.

staff were extremey helpful and courteous
my bedroom was poor, balcony horrendously small with overhead dangerous looking wires. Pillows were floppy, probably very old, grey pillowcases instead of white. Did not enjoy spending time in my bedroom.........but you get what you pay for, apart from bedroom, hotel was fine.

The hotel has a very good position, close to a lot of restaurants and pub and in the very centre of the town. The terrace on the top of the building gives to customers a very beatiful sight of the landscape.
The towels were very very old and worn out, so much that they seems to be dirty and soiled.
