The Melita Marine Group was established in 1993. Its founder, and the company's chairman, had gained many years of experience in the industry, after being involved in the family Ship and Yacht business, a company which dates back to 1842.
The Group was set up with one objective in mind: to create, through enterprise, sound planning and investment, an infrastructure of integrated companies that would provide all that is necessary to offer comprehensive services to yachts, management of marinas and yacht yards.
Today, the myriad of commercial interests represented by The Melita Marine Group has been developed beyond the boundaries of a single commercial unit. The Group enjoys a leading role due to Malta's position, as a key player in the Mediterranean region for Yacht and Super Yacht Services, including marina development.
Strategically placed satellite offices ensure that Melita Marine Group clients receive a more extensive service within the major Mediterranean yachting zones. These offices are situated in Malta (Head Office) Tunisia, France, Italy, Sicily, Sardinia and Croatia.
