The Venue of the Resort.... The Views ... Our Suite with a Private Roof Top Terrace and Own Jaccuzzi ....
- Quite a disappointment to arrive with Taxi at the hotel where Nobody met us & we had to drag the luggages ourselves in... - There was often something missing in our Room-Service Orders as described on Menu... No sense for Small Details as we are used to in other 5-Star Hotels.... - We waited too long for Service during Lunch Time at the Veranda, so we left the Hotel and gone out & had Lunch somewhere else instead. - The Room/ Toilet may need Refurbishment/Maintenance. For a short while , then and then we had trouble flushing :-(

The location is excellent. The staff are excelletn whne dealing directly with them
Stains on the floor and rips in the curtains in the Tower rooms which I paid an upgrade fee for. The door was left open for a full 24hours by the maid. We left to get married and when we returned it was still open. We reported this and were advsied the camera's got checked and nobody entered after the maid left the room. We reproted twice that our room phone was not working but nothing was done, meaning we missed guests that dropped into the hotel as there was 50 poeple attending our wedding. The pictures of the Tower rooms on all brochures show a lovely sofa with pillows on the large balcony, btu we only had one sunbed and 2 chairs. I complained as we wanted to entertain on our balcony and got give extra chairs. Why advertise somehting that is not there, I paid the upgrade fee to make sure our stay was memorable, but it was not. I reported all to the Manager before leaving.

Situated in Paceville, St. Julians, this hotel still retains a sufficient amount of distance from the bustle of the nightlife scene, due to it’s outdoor grounds. The Westin is one of those hotels that is popular due to it being a great all rounder in all departments. Great facilities, good seaview, beach club, outdoor pools, casino etc.
