The staff in the reception were excellent, very helpful. The staff in the pool area were quite good but the hotel management could reorganise to make the area a little more service minded. For instance, offer the guests free fruit (small portions) around the pool, and have drinks available for selling to the pool guests. The one little pool bar at the main pool is not really adequate.

The location was beautiful - quiet yet still close enough to the everything.Great service! Lovely, friendly staff.
We expected an ocean view room. However, the view was around the side of our balcony. What we viewed on the website was a litlle deceiving.

This hotel is situated in the outskirts of Paceville, St. Julians, it provides customers with the best of both worlds as customers are close to the nightlife and entertainment areas but at the same time one has the chance to remain in an area with a surrounding peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded by the sea were one can enjoy the amazing views from their bedrooms. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel also offers all the luxuries one may desire at a reasonable price when compared to other hotels on the island which have the same rating. In summer one has the option to either go on the rocks and swim in the sea or enjoy a relaxing day by the pool which includes a bar within the pool.
