Lobby barstaff was very efficient, friendly, proffessional and relaxed, so was the concierge dept.
Cleanliness in room was poor. Dust and bubblegum on floor. Reception staff seems less interested, somewhat unsure and could be more smilingly friendly. There are too many rules and regulations related to your stay and too much mony is taken from your card upon check-in as "security". I am not used to prepay my consumption and extras in a first class hotel. This gives the establishment an air of lack of generosity, which is the key word in the catering business.Review by Bjorn Sandefeldt in 2009
