Individual guest reviews for Hotel & Spa Le Meridien St Julians

The location of the hotel is very good as you are very central.

The price of the family room was a little steep, but we don't travel much so can't compare.

Liked the location, helpful staff, and especially the spa which was fantastic.

The rooftop pool area was in need of a refurb. The sun beds where very old and very uncomfortable

Location and Spa Services were very good

Poor Customer Service. This is the first '5 star' hotel that I check out of where I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay.... Maybe they were afraid of the answer...

Everything was just great!! Especially all the staff - from the housekeeping tp the concierge, from zje reception desk to the service - gave us a very friendly an helpful feeling that we really felt as guests! If possible I would upgrade the LeMeridien, St Julians from possible 5 points to 6!

The "automatic" minibar

Lobby barstaff was very efficient, friendly, proffessional and relaxed, so was the concierge dept.

Cleanliness in room was poor. Dust and bubblegum on floor. Reception staff seems less interested, somewhat unsure and could be more smilingly friendly. There are too many rules and regulations related to your stay and too much mony is taken from your card upon check-in as "security". I am not used to prepay my consumption and extras in a first class hotel. This gives the establishment an air of lack of generosity, which is the key word in the catering business.

The staff and the hotel room.

The price of the drink in the hotel and mini bar in the room

Excellent location

We traveled to Malta without a clue about the island and what to do or expect. Luckily we stayed at Le Meridien St Julians, which turned out to be a perfect location for us. Close to shops, restaurants and not to forget the scenic bay.
The hotel was very clean and convenient and excellent value for money. The spa and rooftop pool are bonuses and a luxury for those lazy days.
Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and professional. I look forward to staying at another Le Meridien hotel soon.

The mini bar has a weird system. If you take something out for a few seconds it records that you have consumed the item. Luckily I spotted the unconsumed beverages on the bill, so could inform the hotel staff.

Food in bar was a little pricey but good. Did not have time to sample restaurant on upper floor. Staff was excellent, would stay there again and recommend it to others.

This is the one of the best hotel I have visit around the world. Excellent service from all the people that work there. The rooms are also one of the best I have had, and I have visited lots of hotels around the world. I'll be back!

This hotel is definitely considered as one of the top hotels in Malta. Located in the centre of St. Julians with magnificent sea views, the rooms include all amenities one would desire. The rooms besides being very warm and cosy include a spacious balcony were one can relax and a have a drink with his or her loved one whilst enjoying the amazing view. The staff is all very helpful and they ensure that their clients are left satisfied at all times. The hotel also includes several restaurants with a variety of different meals which are reasonably priced when considering the status of the hotel. In the summer period one can also make use of the large pool within the hotel or do several other activities which are on the agenda of the hotel. I spent last new years at the hotel and I was satisfied with everything.
