The location and the food
The nights that my husband and I spent in this hotel were not so comfortable as we were exposed to the fumes of cigarettes that other occupants were smoking. Our indication is these fumes were either coming from the next door occupants or since that there are no windows in the bathrooms they were penetrating through the air-conditioned or ventilation ducts of the bathroom. This ventilation is exactly on top of the toilet/w.c and thus the person who was smoking was seated upon the toilet and the fumes were entering into our bedroom of which we could do nothing except ... I hope that this complain will be deliver to the right person of the administration as otherwise they are for sure will be having other similar complaints. Thank you. Your staffs are working quite well, but in somewhat too official way.

It was convenient for the venue at which my conference was being held. Rooms were clean and quiet.
I was surprised to be asked to pay on arrival rather than on checking out. There was a problem at one stage with my key card - it was annoying that I had to go to the desk 3 or 4 times before they finally sent someone up to my room with me to confirm that I was unable to open the door - although once someone did come with me he was very helpful.
