Great location and excellent staff. Kudos to the concierge team. They we able to help us with every aspect of our day planning, making our trip truly memorable. Also, the cleaning lady was excellent.

The location
The turndown service in the evening either did not happen or she arrived after 10pm. The room was not ready until nearly 4 pm although receptionist on executive floor aware we were waiting with two young children. She offered to " downgrade" us if we were not prepared to wait! Concierge was excellent
