It is in a quiet residential area.
There is a very steep hill from the hotel to the harbour front, which is very draining walking up and down to get to places.

The Roof restaurant had amazing food
The aircondititioning is not air conditioning but comfort cooling, and the minimum temperature in our room on the 8 floor was 25 degrees C with high humidity. We left after one night

Asian Restuarant, shower, leisure facilities, decor in general, entrance door
booked a double room and got a twin, room staff never pushed beds together after being requested to. Dampness in walls was very apparent and needs to be addressed. €5 donation to environment is stupid and unexplained, just psuhed onto your bill so that you feel bad and give extra monay at the end of your stay.
