The view and balcony...And enough space in room
Live music club outside until 24.00-this can not permitted! Music is too loud even if a door of balcony is closed and TV is on. And everywhere in world 23.00 will begin peace of night, but not in your neighbourhood..It`s not possible be at room in same time with this music from outside! We never come back only for this reason...Sorry! Service is OK, but planning of your building is so uncomfortable, that You can`t to do anything for now...There is too little of privacy, if you are looking all time at face to others being on balcony..But you need a balcony for seeing the view!

location If we had a sea view - It is a façade looks impressive unfortunately that's as far as its goes
shabby especially the rooms, the amenities in the room very poor - wiring plumbing badly maintained, dangerous. Over run with students. We know this hotel very well and what is happening to it is very sad - you are not giving the services in the right places. 2 hours after time to get booked in - when we did get in there were no bathroom accessories (toilet paper-soap etc) far too many staff with poor language skills leads to a great deal of confusion- especially when under pressure and that appeared to be all the time - totally inefficient unable to do the simplest of tasks.

Mostly Everything
towel changing service, we had to ask for clean towels at reception but still never got them, one of the rooms never had towels to start with
