The food in the dinning room was absolutely fabulous--give that chef a big raise!!!!
1.) Parking was very bad--doesn't seem you have enough parking spots for your guests. Walking from the lower parking lot at the entrance of the road to the hotel is no joke when you are partially diabled and it is pouring rain out. You should include a valee' service and have someone park the car in a safe place for you. 2.) Beds were very soft and comfortable - but for sleeping, not too good. Mattress's were too soft and should be more of a posturpedic type. Again, people that have back, hips and shoulders problems etc. will have much soreness and aching when waking the next day. Possibly this could be made an option when one is booking. 3. I think the hotel should also book evening entertainment during the weekend for the guests. Other than the game room which is very limited and the bad weather outside, it would have been nice to been able to have some sort of entertainment. Say a charge of 5 euros per head in a lounge or even a supper lounge would have been fantastic. The entertainment could be comedy, magic, live music with dancing, or even a type of Broadway show / Comedy show I am sure the local talent would love to perform and get the experience.

Beautiful location overlooking Golden Bay, excellent breakfast, very good spa facilities. Hotel kindly upgraded us to a sea view suite.

Staff and service good, lovely views,peacefull.
Not much space round pool or on beach area.It would have been nice if complimentary bottled water was provided in room,as this is usually the case in at least exec rooms or suites.
