very quiet :) and in a good location
I would have preferred the room balcony not to be interconnected with another balcony.... lack of privacy

i like the friendly and extremely helpful staff as always...and cosiness and cleanliness of rooms.
in 3 days we couldnt find a moment to swim in indoor pool since it was freezing and dirty..and one have to ask for boiled eggs at breakfast and even ricotta is no longer available...and surprisingly,we were asked for an extra of Euro43 to keep the room till 6pm as a late check out...when i payed E60 for 2nights...quite much i think

The breakfasts were very good and plentiful. The two outdoor pool areas were nicely situated.
The hotel itself seemed a bit tired and could do with some refurbishment.Getting about in the hotel was a bit tiresome as so many places are on different levels and you are continually using lifts and walking about in corridors which resemble rat runs.On our arrival we were allocated room No. 95 which was of ample size but not very usefull size due to the shape of the room. The airconditioning did not work only the fan and when the fan was put on a fast speed it made a terrible sound,so the room did not cool down at all.The view from the room was supposed to be a sea view,it was not unless you considered a street with electricity poles with numerous wires facing you a sea view.We complained almost immediately and asked for a room change, which unfortunately could not take place until the next day.To be able to change the room we had to pay an extra €35 for linen changing services which we did reluctantly just to get out of that room.We moved the next day to room No 71 which had a much more pleasant outlook over the courtyard pool area. The airconditioning in that room also did not operate, only the fan with no cooling effect at all,we did mention this when we asked for the shower to be attended to as this also did not function correctly, the shower was fixed very promptly but the airconditioning stayed the same, very warm. The evening meals were OK but very repetitious, same food presented differently the next day.

Nothing. would not come back neither recommend this hotel.
The room was not clean on Sunday, after enquiring we were told that they never do on Sundays. The towels were not change regularly. When on one of the day that the room hasn't been cleaned we enquire and after a couple of phone calls they sent us a male repaireman to clean! This is suppose to be a 4*.

After arriving on Saturday, for a week, and nothing beeing asked for anything we were chase down on Wednesday night, quite late, by a phone call from the reception. The person calling had a prety bad level of english that we did not understand a word. Then on Thursday evening after coming back from the sightseeng day not even at the door we received another phone call from the reception requesting us to pay the room that evening!!!!??!?!??

The hotel was dusty and need refurbishment by european standards I would calibrate it as a 3*.

Also when I booked we were supposed to get a free tour to Gozo or a pick up from/to the airport or 3 days car rentals. Well that never happen. False advertising is punishable by law.

Oh by the way, I hold a BA in hotel and restaurant management and work in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years so I know what I am talking about.

ChooseMalta.com Comment: We email all clients that are entitled to our free tour/ airport transfer offer. In this case, the client was emailed but never got back to us with her preference or flight arrival details. There are instances when for some reason clients do not receive an email but then always call us either prior to arriving in Malta or when at the hotel and we always fulfill such requests. Nonetheless, we are sorry to note the above.
