the reception staff on the day we arrived 5th may was poor and not very helpful was told the room would be ready by 2.00 then 2.45 in the end the room was not ready till about 4.30 and even after complaining of this sometimes when we came back in the afternoon at about 3.45 the room was still not cleaned. For a 4 star hotel and what they where charging its very poor

Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to book room without breakfast (pay only for what you need). Good restaurants nearby.

Good pool area, room cleaning all day long which allows for sleep in.
Always had to request services such as waiter to pool sode bar area. Also inside spa was not heated.

the deluxe room is amazing. pretty large bed, nice decorated rooms and excellent service.
our terrace was shared for some unknown reason, but in winter u dont get to enjoy it that much
