It's very noisy and the part of the city is horrible. Malta is thinking in a non-quality tourism market and it's loosing all its special heritage.

The location was good...right near the main street, but the bad far outweighed the good.
The hotel was very dirty and smelled like bleach everywhere to cover up the smell - very uncomfortable feeling. The staff was rude, and the lack of security when handing out keys for rooms was unsettling...no ID was required to ask for a room key. This is the worst place I ever stayed...Would reccomend a hostel instead to save cost.
