Description
This unique, charming hotel with its 18th century castle is located on the northern side of the island and is set in a protected environment in a splendid 3-hectare garden. It has magnificent views of St Paul's Bay and the Maltese islands.

The hotel is approximately 1.5 km from the beaches, and a free shuttle service between the hotel and the beach is available from from May to September. The picturesque village of Mellieha is also just 3km from the hotel. A free shuttle service between the hotel and Mellieha town centre is available.

The hotel has a number of facilities, including 2 swimming pools. The outdoor freshwater pool has a separate children's pool, as well as offering sunloungers, mattresses, parasols and beach towels. An indoor heated freshwater pool is available, also offering sunloungers, mattresses, and beach towels. In the fitness centre, one finds the sauna, jacuzzi and gym, while in the sports grounds, guests have an excellent choice of 2 tennis hard courts, a volleyball pitch, archery, table tennis, a French bowls pitch, a games area, and a reading room with board games.

Facilities:
2 swimming pools, outdoor freshwater pool has a separate children's pool. Sunloungers, mattresses, parasols and beach towels are available. The smaller indoor heated freshwater pool also has sun-loungers, mattresses, and beach towels available.
Fitness centre: Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gym. Sports: 2 tennis hard courts (there is a charge for usage of the floodlights) Volleyball pitch, Archery, Table tennis, French bowls pitch.
Other leisure: Games area, Reading room with board games (draughts, chess, Monopoly etc.)

The hotel also offers a billiard room, video games room, and an internet cafe at very reasonable rates. Entertainment and animation During the day the entertainment and sports instructors propose the following activities: Sports: Volleyball, Table tennis, Mini-football, French bowls tournament, Gymnastics, stretching, aquagym Games to accompany the aperitif hour: Pool games: water polo etc. During the evening: Theme evenings: Italian, Maltese Shows: dancers, folk displays Music: Local and foreign bands and singers Shows and events are staged in English and French.

All reservations must have a minimum of 5 nights, as from 20th July to 31st August 2008.

Room Types
All the rooms have a balcony. The twin rooms are approximately 26 m², with individual air conditioning and heating, ceiling fan, telephone, satellite television, minibar and hairdryer. A safe is available in the room for a very moderate fee. Children's beds or a cot (up to 4 years) can be easily placed in the room, while the bathroom has a laundry line.
