yes, it is in a quite area for those like us who live in a busy area it's very relaxing there.

yes , I would have preferred the live music perhaps near the pool instead of outside or somewhere else inside.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The service offered was very good.

Both indoor and outer pools were both shallow. Maximum depth was 1.27m

I liked the pool area and all the facilities are well kept.

The mini fridge in the rooms should be free of charge like other hotels.

the dinner buffet was perfect and even the swimming pools

Location & Views

My room was not done even after calling housekrrping twice. After using the pool towels we were asked to keep them and reuse same towels. Breakfast cold section extremely poor.

Its location is really good if you want to relax

Well we booked for a country view but we got a pool view room. Being a one night we let it pass but would have liked to get what we've booked for.

It is in a very quiet location and for the money we paid it was ok.

I think that for a 4 star hotel I expected a bit more. Water was strange, it had like oil in it so it makes you feel sticky after a shower and for the mini bar you had to complete a form.

The rooms atre very nice.

The waitress at the buffet restaurant was very rude. It was 9.15 and didn't let us in as she said it closes at 9.30. She was very arrogant

the sea view and pool area .

as you arrive on check in they will ask you to pay for all the nights you have booked without any advice in booking emails.. Breakfast food need alot of improvement.. and the reception need more guest relation training to improve there attitude.

Well an unwanted creature at night made its way in the bathroom and too many prayer groups or let us say groups, noisy who were staying for the weekend.
