Lack of parking

The location is lovely, overlooking harbour, and lots of lovely little restaurants within walking distance. Rooms great.
Reception staff need further training. Bed mattresses a bit thin/hard.

The Seaview, and the room was comfortable.
Would have appreciated bin liners in bathrooms and room and hair dryer not effective, needs to be upgraded.Model is of 15yrs ago.

The veiws and location were good. The friendliest member of staff was the restaurant manager who welcomed people to breakfast. I thought he was very good and a complete contracts to the rest of the staff I encountered.
Charge for safe, charge for iron and charge (deposit) for towels. To make things worse I was told none of this on check in. It was only when I phoned to ask about things (3 sepeate calls) that I was made aware. Having gone down to collect towels with my 10 eoru deposit I asked about the sdafe and was told that there was a charge.

SINCE THE RENOVATION WE HAVE SEEN A GREAT UPGRADE ALL AROUND
