What happens after I book a hotel or tour online?
Once you have booked online, you will be sent an automated response email that will confirm we have received your booking. You will then be sent a voucher with all your booking details from one of our customer care representatives. For Hotel Room bookings your credit card will be charged with a deposit of 15%. The outstanding amount will be paid by yourself upon checking out from the Hotel. For Tour and Airport Transfer bookings we charge the full amount.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking, however there is a cancellation fee. Should you wish to cancel your hotel booking, the 15% deposit that you paid is non refundable, and depending on how far in advance you cancel, the hotels have their own specific cancellation policies that are listed on our site. Please refer to the policies page on our site for further information.
I'm traveling with kids and need extra beds in my room?
If you are traveling with children, we can organize to have roll out beds put into the room depending on the size of the room. Alternatively some rooms have a pull out couch. You can Email Us to enquire what room type would suit you best.
I want to pay in my currency, is this possible?
Yes you may pay in Euros, American Dollars and Great British Pounds. You can select the currency that you wish to pay in at the top right of the site. Whilst your credit card will be charged in your preferred currency, the vouchers that we send you will have the equivalent amounts in Euros. We do this as to protect you from different exchange rate policies such as when you have to pay outstanding balances, as in the case of a hotel booking.
Can I get a non-smoking room?
Should you require a non-smoking room please don't hesitate to email us and request it. Most hotels offer rooms that are non-smoking.
Are hotel rates per person or per room?
Hotel rates are per room per night basis. If you are two people, select a Double Occupancy room and a Single occupancy room if you are travelling alone.
Is breakfast included?
Unless otherwise specified, all rooms and rates are inclusive of breakfast.
Are rates inclusive of taxes and charges?
All rates are inclusive of taxes and charges. There will not be any other costs!

Can I make reservations for more than one hotel room at a time?
You can book more than one hotel room by selecting the amount of rooms you wish to book. You can also choose different room types.
Can I make reservations at more than one hotel?
You can make as many reservations as you wish, after selecting one hotel and adding it to your shopping cart, you then need to click on 'continue shopping' to make another booking which you can then add to your shopping cart.
Once I submit my booking is my reservation confirmed?
Once you have submitted your booking, your reservation will be confirmed and you will receive a voucher for your booking.
How will I receive confirmation of my hotel reservation?
You will receive the confirmation of your booking via email. You will then need to print off a copy and present it to the hotel when you check-in.
What happens if I want to amend or cancel my reservation?
It is possible to amend or cancel your reservation. However there are cancellation policies, please see our policies page for more information. Should you wish to make an amendment to your booking, please email us as soon as possible.
What do I do when I get to the hotel?
Upon arriving at the hotel, you will need to present a print out of the voucher that was sent to you for your booking to the reservations desk. They will then assist you with checking in to your room.
