5000 starting chips with 15 minutes blind levels. We can accommodate a maximum of 40 players on 4 tables. The players need to buy in at the cashdesk and the buy in is = €55. (€5 BUY IN FEE). This is a freezeout tournament, that means that when the players finish their chips, they are out. We shall give a break after the first hour of play.

Prize pool is divided as follows.

10 players – we pay first (70%) second (30%)

10 – 20 players – we pay first (50%) second (30%) and third (20%)

20 – 40 players – we pay first (40%) second (30%) third (20%) fourth (10%)

Before the tournament commences, the tournament supervisor will write down the prizes on the whiteboard.

The IN GUARDIA PARADE is a historical re-enactment that portrays an authentic historical event set in the late 16th – early 17th century. The re-enactment depicts the inspection of the fort and its garrison by the Grand Bailiff of the Order of the Knights of St. John who was in charge of military affairs. During the re-enactment the fort's garrison (some 70 characters in all) is dressed in its best uniforms to demonstrate its military prowess. The show starts at 11.00hrs and lasts some 40 minutes.

Puerto Flamenco premieres full version of its latest production Triana 41010 at the Malta Arts Festival on Sunday 5th & Monday 6th July 2009. The work draws a vital spark from the legendary bohemian suburb of Seville (and the company's postal address). Triana, the cradle of flamenco, toreros and all things Andalusian, has also been a home for the company directors Francesca Grima and Andrej Vujicic for the past 10 years, and now they wish to pay it a tribute. A feast for the senses, the production swings madly from relentless artful merrymaking to awe-inspiring solemnity, abstracting the colourful feasts, incense-laden religious pilgrimages and a day-to-day vitality so particular to this enchanting corner of the world.

The event, supported by the Spanish Embassy, as part of the Malta Arts Festival, organized by the Malta Council for Culture & the Arts.
