During the 10 weeks, ending 13th December 2008, (please note that on Saturday 7th June no sessions will be held as it is a public holiday), the children will have the opportunity to enjoy and be inspired by the activities and exhibitions held at the centre. They will also be exploring aspects of visual arts and of the performing arts including music and drama. The aim of these sessions is to allow children to explore and enjoy their innate creativity and encouraging them to develop this in as many ways as possible.

The fee for the ten session course is €50.00 for 1 child and if 2 or more children apply from one family we are offering a fee of €35.00 each. As part of our loyalty scheme, if you introduce a new member (non family) to the club we will offer you a further discount of €12.00.

The Club is aimed at children between the ages of 4 and 10. Children should be accompanied to the centre at 9.50am and picked up at 1.00pm (the presence of parents / guardians is not allowed during the sessions). Children should come in comfortable, easy-to-wash clothes, and bring a packed lunch and an old t-shirt.

Starting time 20:00

5000 starting chips with 15 minutes blind levels. We can accommodate a maximum of 40 players on 4 tables. The players need to buy in at the cashdesk and the buy in is = €55. (€5 BUY IN FEE). This is a freezeout tournament, that means that when the players finish their chips, they are out. We shall give a break after the first hour of play.

Prize pool is divided as follows.

10 players – we pay first (70%) second (30%)

10 – 20 players – we pay first (50%) second (30%) and third (20%)

20 – 40 players – we pay first (40%) second (30%) third (20%) fourth (10%)

Before the tournament commences, the tournament supervisor will write down the prizes on the whiteboard.

3000 Starting Chips with 15 Min blind levels.

We can accommodate a maximum of 40 players on 4 tables. The players need to buy in at the cashdesk and the buy in is = €55. (€5 BUY IN FEE). This tournament has a different way to divide the prize pool.

50% of the buy ins go in the prize pool and the other 50% is given to the dealers in €25 CHIPS. These chips should be left in the tray and every time a player sends another player/s out, he will be given by the dealer a €25 CHIP. On each table, the dealer should have as many 25 chips as he has players.

Each “entry” in the Diary is a new beginning, and yet related to the series of its predecessors by the hand and mind of the artist.
