rooms are not enough soundproofed. So it's noisy but it comes mainly from outside as clients in the hotel were correct ones.

The fabric of this hotel is excellent but no hotel is better than its staff and this is where the Juliani really scores. Unpretentious and yet efficient, friendly but not obsequious. Caring but not obtrusive. Standards come from the management credo, of course, but whoever selects the staff is doing a good job - and there is no clone like conformity, every member has a pleasing individuality of style.
There is nothing I can find worthy of dissatisfaction. The billing at the end of the stay was simple but I had paid €49.50 on booking and this was not shown as such on the bill but as a room reduction. But it didn't take much working out.

This small boutique hotel is one that I find recommending due to it’s charm, location and good value. Set within spinola bay it has easy access to the hub of Malta’s activity. Although it does not have any major indoor or outdoor facilities, it does have a nice roof-top restaurant and more important a great location.
