The fabric of this hotel is excellent but no hotel is better than its staff and this is where the Juliani really scores. Unpretentious and yet efficient, friendly but not obsequious. Caring but not obtrusive. Standards come from the management credo, of course, but whoever selects the staff is doing a good job - and there is no clone like conformity, every member has a pleasing individuality of style.
There is nothing I can find worthy of dissatisfaction. The billing at the end of the stay was simple but I had paid €49.50 on booking and this was not shown as such on the bill but as a room reduction. But it didn't take much working out.Review by Brian De Salvo in 2010
