We enjoyed the morning breakfast.
We booked and paid for a Front Sea View Room, which was confirmed. We also requested not to be close to the elevators. Our room was not a Front Sea View Room and it was opposite the elevators. We spoke to the front desk. They said it was their mistake and that our room would be changed the next day. It was not changed the next day and we didn't want to spend our time on Malta following up with the staff, so we didn't bother. And obviously, the hotel didn't bother either.
The room we had needs updating. The beds should be replaced. We could feel the spring coils in the mattress. We did not have proper pillows. The pillows, if you can call them that, were simply pillow covers stuffed with some sort of filling. There was nothing to them.
We would not stay there again nor would we recommend it.Review by Carol Henry Paul Jardine in 2010
