Staff except cleaners were rude , pools not child friendly , fridge/cooler not working in room ( milk and water for baby) ( I have a 2 year old baby ) And cleanliness Poor ie floors lifts furniture .

Fitted carpets needs to be changed, or better without, and 'our room' and various sections in the hotel needs a refurbishment since major tapestry is old fashioned and walls need some fresh plastering.

café Delos and Temple Bar were nice part of this hotel, with a nice staff. We fell good there. We have taken time in the wellness part, which was very quiet and relax. The staff was very nice.
It was unpossible to eat to the two restaurants : the staff weren't nice to inform us and to give us a chance to eat there. We have the chance to find alone the possibilities of this hotel, because we don't have received information about what was possible.

Everything - its a hotel where the staff are not bothered to be in the service industry; the spa was smelly (unventilated), the breakfast appallingly bad. We had to get upgrade to a better room as we were placed in a room above the casino, and heard the nightclub music until 4am. Generally, a poorly serviced hotel, and not 4* at all.

Friendly staff, very nice service. It took us 5 secs to change our room from dark scary dungeon to modern stylish apartment with a magnificent view over the island. The location is great, only few steps from the bus station, it is really comfortable. Great value for money, especially in low season.
