The bay view!!! The proximity to the Gozo ferry. The intelligent and friendly staff at the bar. The immaculate service of the room maids.

Noise, cleanliness. Decision made to abandon stay leaving five hundred euros of unused services. Moved to smaller, cleaner hotel with reduced view but overall improved experience.

Beatiful views, nice pool.
The room stank of smoke and for a non-smoker that is just not on. It was so bad that all our clothes stank of smoke while we were there!!!. The food was bland and tasteless and it was to far away from town. We thought because Malta was so small this would not be a problem - it was. We moved out the next day to the intercontinental in St Julians.

We were forced to pay the full cost of staying in advance upon arrival. In otherwords we had to pay for something we had not yet got i.e. a full weeks accommodation. This was despite the fact that the Hotel had our visa card details and deposit when we booked. Maybe they thought that we would abscond during the night! Also the Air-Con was not turned on and we had to rely on a ceiling fan which proved totally inadequate in the stuffy sultry bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and may one day return.

The location was nice, and the pool area was very good.
The staff have absolutly no feeling of how to be service minded, sevral times when I talked to somebody in the staff i was intrupted by their collegues. I did not feel that I was a guest...hire or train the dinner staff, it was obvius that the were very unexperienced.

i went to malta was 15 we went last year this was a great holiday and hotel because the people were so nice and friendly especially one boy Ryan who worked there. They made you feel welcome and helped you when needed. They had great entertainment everynight. There was a bbq on the beach every friday, we went to the bbq they had lovelt food and then a few games for the younger like limbo and throwing this egg at your partner without breaking it and taking a step everytime you throw the egg, it was hard but fun. Then they played music all night long so we danced on the beach all night long.
