Pool area, we used to go out and read on the sunbeds when the sun came out.

Unfortunately my wife smokes, it would be good to have a wind free area.

Fantastic hotel...brand new and lovely atmosphere...fantastic food and friendly staff

Check in was ridiculous..reception kept saying the room wasn\'t ready and we queued. Up four times only to be told come back in half an hour
The hotel was full of locals who were noisy....there were lots of maltese families with lots of kids running around and being noisy....I loved the hotel but think this would put me off going back

The pool area is big and spacious. The Coral restaurant can handle many people comfortably, it is clean and food is plentiful and good, especially the sweets.

The Oriental restaurants food wasnt all that good.

We have liked the food and the friendliness of staff.

We have no found a list of drinks at the bar.

clean, tidy, helpful friendly staff

Everthing shut at 11pm, it would be good if one of the bars stayed open a little later or at least there was an area other than the hotel lobby to sit in and finish your drinks.
The addtional alternative restaurants incluced in the all inclusive package are not worth it. The menu\\\'s are limited and pretty similar for each one (burgers, pizzas, chips, pasta). The main coral restaurant is much nicer.

having arrived in Malta on our 4th visit and looking forward to staying at the Seabank because of its location and very good food. We were informed by reception that the hotel was overbooked, and we were sent to the Selmun Palace hotel. Very poor form, as the hotel was outside the village we had to hire a car.We were very disappointed with this. We have recommended Malta to many of our friends and also recommended the Seabank as a good hotel to stay with. Will go back to Malta again as the Maltese are a lovely people. Disappointed with the attitude of the reception.

They upgraded me to the "Farmhouse", which was a lovely villa with its own pool and some privacy.

There are far too many people crammed in to the breakfast room - very claustrophobic on a hangover.

Location is fantastic being so close to the beach. Its literally a 30 second walk and you are on a lovely sandy beach.

Food in the buffet restaurant was very average. Room was dated with a noisy fan and a temperamental air conditioner. Spa looked ok, but some painful aspects like jacuzzi not working, having to book for saunas. Its also a family restaurant with loads of kids (even in the Spa!), so if you want a quiet weekend...stay away.

Our stay was just about perfect. The location, the room, cleanliness and the facilities were spot on. The absolute jewel in the crown however was the staff. Absolutely everyone and I mean everyone that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and efficeint. Special mention must go to the Kids Club that kept our 7,10 and 12 year olds occupied - not an easy task. We will return.

all the facilities and the position

the covered swimming pool and in particular the jacuzzi weren't so much clean

The food at the hotel is amazing, both breakfast and dinner. And there is a big selection.

During the weekend the hotel is full of maltese people for weekend breaks and the indoor pool was jam packed all weekend with people and children. Not relaxing at all. We ended up not using the indoor pool at all.

Location was good. Near a beach as well. Convenient bus stops and frequent buses. Good for walks

Food was just about average. Unless you get in early and eat quickly, which no-one wants, then the main course tended to run out.
Breakfast, especially the hot section, was poor.

Sauna, very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast!

Hotel is located far away from anything- but I wouldn't say it is a negative.

Location is next to a beach, albeit a crowded one. We really liked the family atmosphere of the beach area, especially at night when local folks had their cookouts in the dark there.

Room was slightly warm and stuffy, even with A/C. A/C only runs while you're in the room, which is understandable energy-wise, but it means that on hot days you return to a hot room for the first 20 minutes.Service was variable. Friendly overall, but a number of employees didn't seem to be empowered or know how to answer questions or help with specific tasks. When they ran out of beach towels, we were "out of luck." They had to ask multiple people and hold an extended meeting to give us permission to then take room towels to the beach. It then took them more than 30 minutes to provide those (while we were waiting to go to the beach). This detail was not empowered nor customer-focused.
